Groups, Workflows, and Items Terminology
You’ll come across the following terminology throughout the User Guide and in your Workspace:
- Group – a collection of similar items.
- Workflow – a sequence of work steps or statuses, associated with a group, through which items pass.
- Item – an individual piece of work that is housed in a group and moves within and through workflows.
