You are able to log in from your web browser of choice from any device with web connectivity. We recommend using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari for best results.
Your Ondema Workspace can be found at:
Every customer (i.e., the business utilizing Ondema software) has a unique Workspace with a personalized web address (i.e. URL) in place of customaddress above. For example, one of Ondema’s demonstration Workspaces is found at https://tour02.app.ondema.tech.
It’s worth noting that non-authenticated visitors are automatically logged into the demonstration Workspace above. This isn’t the case for other Workspaces. Each distinctive Workspace is only accessible to verified members/partners of that customer’s organization (we’ll refer to these individuals as users).
Go to your custom URL to login. Your email address is used for login. You’ll receive a temporary password from Ondema via email that will need to be changed during initial login.
If you forget your password, click on Forgot Password at the login screen to receive a verification email to reset your password and access your Workspace.
