The Users tab permits you to assign one or more of your Workspace’s User IDs (i.e., accounts that are usually a person’s email address) to an item. See #1 below. The User IDs will also be displayed on the Details tab (see #2 below). Also, an icon is displayed on an item’s tile in a group’s Wall View (see #3 below) if at least one User ID has been assigned to that item. Placing your mouse over the icon displays the individual User IDs (i.e., email addresses) of those assigned to that item.
If there are no User IDs assigned to an item, the icon will not be displayed on an item’s tile.
